1.3r - Load o' fixes!

Fixed Functions not working.
Fixed some Loot Tables not working.
Fixed Zombie Spawning not working as intended.
Fixed Nurse Zombie Spawning.
Fixed Particles for Toxic Zombies.
Fixed Recipes not showing up / working.

Note: I'd recommend to delete the 1.2r version as it doesn't really work other than the worldgen aspects of the data pack. This version fixes a lot of critical issues and is considered to be playable while the 1.2r version isn't.
