Enchantments Encore

Changes:

• The data pack now also functions as an optional resource pack and includes custom textures for enchantment encores books (not needed for the mod version)
• Removed Midas Touch enchantment
• Shrinkage is now also applicable to Elytras, Horse Armor, Wolf Armor, Harnesses
• Growth is now also applicable to Elytras, Horse Armor, Wolf Armor
• Growth & Shrinkage now use percentage based values instead of adding fixed values
• Added Propeller enchantment: Applicable to Harnesses; increases Happy Ghasts flying speed
• Added Curse of Ownership enchantment: Applicable to Armor; Wearer take damage when their pets do
• Added Curse of Caravan enchantment: Applicable to Armor; Wearer gets slowed down when leashing entities
