Enchantments Encore

Changes:

• added in-game wiki for Enchantments. Can be accessed via the pause menu
• Handyman & Sacrifice are no longer applicable to Carved Pumpkins, Playerheads, Skulls & Horse Armor
• removed translations for Enchantment Descriptions mod due to it not being updated to current versions
• removed Bedrocker Enchantment
• removed fallback values for translations. Everything can be translated within the lang files (/assets/enchantencore/lang)
• removed scheduling for removing old Red Moon attributes (when needed can still be execute via function command /function enchantencore:remove_red_moon_attributes)

Fixes:

• typo in infested aspect translation key
