Mob Tweaks

Additions:

• Copper Golems now display particles every second (not pursuing a task - 2 smoke particles | detecting/performing a task - 2 white smoke particles)​​.

​Changes:

1. ​Updated to 1.21.9;
2. Villagers now sell Copper items instead of Golden ones;
3. Buffed/Nerfed Copper Golem movement speed based on their weather state (unoxidized - 0.215 | exposed - 0.2 (same as vanilla) | weathered - 0.185 | oxidized - 0.17);
4. Improved the data pack description (all text from the 'pack.mcmeta' file should be displayed fully now).

Fixes:

• Fixed Villagers offering Iron items at level 1 when their profession is reset.

Known issues:

• Horse Armor doesn't display on Undead Horses.
