Changes:

• The lil' guy now has a chance to spawn with a tophat
• Updated arrow shockwave, drill and parry icons

Bug Fixes:

• Stone buttons no longer spawn at y:-64 of the run spawn upon entering the end
• The end now generates more consistently
• You can now join runs again when returning to the hub, logging off, then rejoining when another run is in progress
• Joining a run will now reposition you to the run spawn
• Mooshrooms now drop mob essence
