Changelog
- Block model "rotated models" and "rotated textures" are now baked into the baked models

- This means that if you change which blocks are which in config, you now must reload resources (typically F3+T in-game) to see the difference, as opposed to just reloading chunks.
- Log block states with missing "model state" models
