Ambidexterity

Changelog

• The offhand is now on the hotbar
• Offhand scrolling added
• Items do not display in both hands if both hands are on the same slot
• Hotbar selector icon displays as split
• Fixed 'hold to use' items not functioning properly

• Expanding the inventory to 40 slots
