Block changes:

• Changed model of 1x1 painting
• Changed model of 2x2 painting Frame has lower depth now.

Code changes:

• Deleted old hop class
• Added classes for building blocks using layer property
• Split up several utilty and helper classes so they are more modular now.
• creative tabs are predefined in the core mod now but still utilized in the corresponding modules.
