Iron/ Diamond Brushes now brush faster

Additions:

  • Added BetterBrushItem class with brushingSpeed parameter to increase Brushing-Tickspeed
  • Added FasterBrushingMixin to decrease hardcoded cooldown of brushing-intervals

Effects:

  • Normal Brush brushing speed ~5secs (as before)
  • Iron Brush brushing speed ~4secs
  • Diamond Brush brushing speed ~3secs
