Changelog
- adds back configuration
- uses MidnightLib now (-> old config files will no longer work, thus all configuration will be reset)
- Configuration (when modmenu is not installed) will be accessible via the options screen
- no longer includes ModMenu or CompleteConfig (technically since 1.1.1)
