- Added text bar element toggle for Screenshot Chat / Translator.
- Added inverted cycling through chat tabs + added move to tab option.

- Reworked handling chat dimension resizing; the position player moves chat to is now fixed and resizing the window will adjust the chat to fit but fixed player position will always take priority (for when enlarging the window).
