• Added deploying recipes for deploying ores onto stone/deepslate/netherrack to make these ores.
• Added a recipe to deploy a netherite scrap onto a log to make ancient debris.

Fixes

• Changed block to haunt to make netherrack from stone to andesite due to stone haunting recipe for infested stone bypassing the mod's recipe.
