Backport of the 1.20.4 version of CSLibrary to 1.20.1
"It just works"
It was swapped from Neoforge to forge 1.20.1, but I've been told both work together in this version only.
Due to this swap, something is probably broken but this was made in 2 hours so good enough and any issues can probably be fixed, probably.
