Epic Fight - ExCap

API update.

Paid off the technical debt making it MUCH easier to make ExCap movesets. Introducing the MoveSet class which dictates all moveset responses. Switched the Provider Conditional to a Builder pattern that you must fill out.

The old system is still there and will stay until v6.5.

The setup is a bit more stable than 5.0 since things are set when the mod loading is complete than during common setup phase where the dev had to gamble when the animations were even declared yet.
