Electrical Age - jrddunbr's edition

This is a testing release that does the following:

Adds:

• Debug print statements in the CCT's copy code

Changes:

• Direct poles are enabled by default
• New arc furnace sound that is less terrible on the ears
• Medium Voltage and High Voltage cables are now cheaper

Fixes:

• Spelling mistake on High Current Cable
• Energy Exporter GUI units were watts, are actually ohms
• Arc Furnace en_us language file issue
