Changelog
- Split off internal API to seperate library mod named "Voltaic API"
- The solar panel and the wind mill will need to be replaced. World will not corrupt; just need to break and place again.
- All wires and pipes will break. They will need to be broken and replaced. World will not be corrupted.
- Most data files i.e. recipes, fuel sources, etc have had their syntax changed due to the internal systems being overhauled
- Overhaul block textures and animations
- NOTE: ALL MACHINE INVENTORIES WILL BE WIPED WITH THIS UPDATE
