Changelog
- Fixed phantomsObeyMobcaps not working when the global mobcap was full
- Changes to how additional player data is saved, this will cause
some data to not persist across the update
- Team's teleport blacklist status will need to be reconfigured
- Saved fake player actions will need to be reconfigured
- The player's last camera mode location will be lost
- The player's subscriptions will be forgotten
