Changelog
- Added particles on top of the Obelisk
- Added an Overcharge mechanic to the Obelisk
- Added a tooltip when hovering over the Charge meter in Obelisk's UI that displays its actual charge and some usage info
- Changed Obelisk's tooltip accordingly
