Expanded Storage

• Backport of 15.1.1 for 1.21.1. Changes since 15.1.0 embedded below:

• Add new wooden and obsidian chest textures.

• Add new textures for all the items (storage mutators and conversion kits / upgrades)

• Add a new metallic obsidian chest with the original obsidian chest texture.

• Add a new trial chamber chest which can be obtained through the storage mutator tool.

• Update russian translations thanks to mpustovoi.

• Fix the back of the trial left and right chests not having hinges.

• Fix Metallic obsidian chests not being able to be upgraded to Netherite chests in a smithing table.

• Fix some legacy tags still being used in some code logic.

• Add a translation for the new #expandedstorage:chests/obsidian tag.
