Flan 1.12.0

• Datapack directory now updated. Now have a prefix flan. This is a backport from future version requirements
  • claim_permissions -> flan/claim_permission (plural also removed)
  • claim_interactions_override -> flan/claim_interactions_override
  • This will make old datapacks not work anymore!
• Update confirm command info
