Ghostify Lite for Hypixel SkyBlock

Changelog for this release:

• Added Dungeonbreaker support.
  • Ported Ghost Pickaxe feature to Lite version for the first time. Press and hold the Ghost Pickaxe key to quickly swap to the Dungeonbreaker in your hotbar, and release the key to swap back to the last selected item.
  • Added 0 ping Dungeonbreaker (Support switch/default off). Ignore mining fatigue immediately when holding Dungeonbreaker in Dungeons, making the whole mechanism fully client-side-based.
• Fixed some GUI issues. Slightly improved HUD rendering performance.
