Fixes & Changes:

• Fixed issues with Summoning/Converting entities with Rituals

• Fixed "staffOffhandBuff" config not doing anything.

• Heretics can now spawn in Raids. Configurable in goety-mobs.toml

• Adept/Expert Nether Rituals now work within Nether biomes regardless of dimension.

• Removed Air Pockets behind walls of Blighted Shack basements.

• Blighted Shack basements should no longer flood when generated within water.

• Added new tag that allows mobs to ignore Servants and directly attack their owner (if they have one).
