Keybind Bug Fixes

Bugs:

• Now using the Rebind All The Keys drop stack modifier keybind for the Fix toggle key state when used as a modifier feature
• Now using Amecs key binding modifiers for the Fix toggle key state when used as a modifier feature
• Fixed edge cases for the Fix toggle key state when used as a modifier feature, such as using Command or Right Control as a modifier
• Fixed the entire config file resetting when an option is missing

Other:

• Corrected grammar in the config screen
