Support Minecraft 1.20.0.
Drop Fabric Loader support.
Reduce artifact size ~30% using machete.
As Quilt can load Fabric mods this should not constitute a breaking change for users.
If there is a technical reason you'd like to run Lightning Podoboo on Fabric please let me know.
