Made it so moths die properly now

The fruit basket now works with cherry trees
Changed some logic, so it's only checking every 10 ticks to see if players have moths in their inventory. Should cause less lag
The fruit basket recipe no longer consumes the knife
Reordered guide book entries and added a fruit basket entry
Removed the need for the fruit basket to click a vertical branch
Added a range config for the fruit basket
Gave metal spindles and metal spindle heads the correct rarity(finally)
