Added Server-side recipe overriding. Added LOTRMC friendly recipe for redstone Added recipes for converting some scrolls into enchanted books. Enchanted books atainable are: Efficiency 5, Unbreaking 3, Fortune 3, Protection 4, Fire Protection 4, Feather Falling 4, and Projectile Protection 4.

All enchanted books are crafted using corresponding max level scrolls in the crafting table. You need the same number of scrolls as the max level of the book you are crafting. i.e. you need 3 Enduring Scrolls to get an Unbreaking 3 book, you need 5 Masterful Scrolls to get efficiency 5.
