  • Implemented rescue system
    • Instead of immediately dying, you will be unconscious and waiting for rescue
    • Default rescue wait time is 2.5 minutes
    • Other players can rescue you by using First Aid kits on you
    • Hostile mobs should ignore players who are unconscious
    • Added 3 new related config options:
      • unconsciousOnDeathChance - chance of entering rescue wait mode instead of dying, default 100%
      • rescueWaitDuration - how long you will wait for rescue, default 2.5 minutes
      • allowUnconsciousOnHeadDeath - if losing head body part also allows rescue, default True
  • Armor system improvements
    • Replaced the existing simpleArmorCalculation config option with armorSystem option
    • There are now 4 different armor systems which you can choose from:
      • SIMULATED - currenly same as modular, but in near future will cover better calculations, deflections, blunt damage and so on
      • MODULAR - armor reduction is applied only if the damaged part is actually covered by armor
      • MODULAR_BOOSTED - same as modular, but each armor piece has boosted reduction by 150%
      • VANILLA - vanilla armor system, full armor set is used in reduction calculations
  • Fixed issue where status effects would not be visible on HUD when using health overlay aligned to the right side of screen
  • Updated Core library, now requires 1.6.3+ version
  • Internal health container structure has been updated and is not compatible with save data - your health will be reset with this update

  • Added new items:
    • Blood bag - can be used to stored blood to either recover yourself or your friends after blood loss. You can also take blood from other players
    • Morphine injector - quick painkiller and healing item
    • Regenerative injector - quickly recovers your health
  • Removed /giveUp command in favour of new keybind - available only if unconscious state is unrecoverable without external help
  • Fixed incorrect healing logic which resulted in extra healing cycle unexpectedly

    • Each player has 5L of blood by default
    • Bleeds no longer cause health loss directly, instead blood data are used
    • Losing larger quantities of blood now leads to gradually worsening effects and eventually death
    • Blood system can be disabled in config to revert to previous behaviour
    • Blood is recovered naturally overtime, can be sped up by consuming sweet foods or by skills
  • Added Unconscious entity state
    • Losing limbs can now cause unconsciousness (previously it could cause death)
    • Losing large quantities of blood causes unconsciousness
      • you may still wake up if you have not lost too much blood
      • players who lost too much blood can only be saved by other players
  • Added Post-processing shaders for specific status effects
    • pain, pain relief and blood loss effects have custom effects
    • concussion has own effect too, but this status effect is currently obtainable only via commands
  • Reworked extra health spreading logic
    • when player has increased max health, for example from other mod, the health is now spread evenly across all body parts
  • Body part selection healing screen now allows you to select limbs by clicking its health status too
  • Fixed Fresh Wound status effect always resulting in bleed
  • Reduced chance for Fractures from falling
  • Berry bushes and similar "weak" damage sources will no longer cause bleeds or fractures
