We make the Neoforge version in 1.21.1+ is because of Trial Spawners & Trial Key. We know for 1.21.1 Bellow have a lot of more compatibility, but it doesn't containt what we aiming for. The Forge version will be updated to version 1.21.1 in the next update, Stay Tuned.
