[1.21.1] Mythic Metals - 0.24.0

Changelog

0.24.0

Individual Ore Tags

This version adds individual tags for controlling which biomes every Mythic Metals ores spawn in. This allows you to fully configure the features to your liking.

Here is an example on how the tags work together:

#c:in_overworld <- #mythicmetals:mythic_ore_biomes <- #mythicmetals:platinum_ore_biomes <= mythicmetals:platinum_ore

In order to move the ore, simply override its target tag. In this case, you would want to add a tag with replace: true for platinum ore biomes. For example:

#my_modpack:biomes_in_space <- #mythicmetals:platinum_ore_biomes <= mythicmetals:platinum_ore

Note that you do not need to specifically nest a tag. A list of biomes is fine.

Changes

  • Nether ores by default will now spawn in any biomes within the #c:is_nether biome tag
    • This affects Nether Banglum, Palladium, Stormyx, and Midas Gold
  • End ores by default will now spawn in any biomes within the #c:is_end biome tag
    • This affects End Stone Starrite
  • Aquarium Ores now spawn in the #mythicmetals:aquarium_ore_biomes tag
    • This includes #c:is_aquatic by default
    • This replaces the now removed #mythicmetals:aquarium_biomes tag
  • Prometheum Ores now spawn in the #mythicmetals:prometheum_ore_biomes tag
    • This includes #c:is_jungle and Lush Caves (minecraft:lush_caves) by default
    • This replaces the now removed #mythicmetals:prometheum_biomes tag
  • Osmium Ores now spawn in the #mythicmetals:osmium_ore_biomes tag
    • This includes #c:is_hill and #c:is_mountain by default
    • This replaces the now removed #mythicmetals:osmium_biomes tag
