Major updates

• Added automatic config applying. Instead of a pre-launch dialog, it will now select the config from the Packcore config folder that matches your screen resolution the closest.
• Config metadata: information about the config name, description, version, resolution, and mods installed under export are stored here. These can be read when importing configs.
• Configration Manager - export your configs, import them, and back them up.
• New custom welcome wizard that lets you choose the settings you want for smaller changes, like performance profile and resource packs.
• New custom main menu designed.
• In-game guide menu to read different guides on how to use Skyblock Enhanced.
