Small update with some fixes and improvements:

• Skip button not being visible when config failed to apply.
• Fixed pack version text being invisible on version 1.21.8.
• Refactored config categories and text to be clearer.
• You can now change tab design with a command, just like the performance profile.
• Fixed update version comparing logic.
