First release of PointBlank: Jelly based on the Github stable release 3 version. Changes from Stable Release 3

• AN94 firemode fix
• Creative mode tab sorting for content packs

• Bullet projectile fixes (remove smoke trail, change super class to Projectile)

Includes ViveCraft compatibility changes!
