Desert Turtle : entity, eggs, scute and helmet (give the player resistance effect for a short time after taking damage)

Palm : tree, sapling, log and wood (with stripped versions for both), leaves, planks and all the rest of the blocks/items made of planks (boats, sings, fences etc.)

Coconut : new drop from the palm leaves what can be transformed into Coconut Milk (with same saturation as the apple) in crafting

Oasis Clay : Oasis Clay and Oasis Clay Ball are some more advanced versions of clay that from smelting generates two instead of one Terracotta/Brick

Oasis : new structure found in desert where you can find the desert turtle, oasis clay and some other things hidden ;)

Fossils : four new types of fossils: basic (the stone one), deepslate, frozen (found inside icebergs and ice spikes) and the nether one
