Changes

• Rug now depends on BRRP to handle adding/removing crafting recipes at runtime
• the craftableHorseArmor rule has a new option with_wool that replicates the recipes from the 13w16a snapshot

Fixes

• incompatibility with Chrysalis, and by extension End Reborn ( #55 )
• incompatibility with Farmer's Delight ( #54 )
