Custom Scoreboard

Additions:

• Option to disable update notification.
• Option to customize the order, numbers with their prefix and color appear.

Changes:

• Add the Dungeon/Mineshaft room id to Server Id.
• Option to show party leader, limit the max size of parties in the display.

Fixes:

• Fixed Date element showing "null" on join.

Known bugs:

• The background doesn't render on macOs.

If you experience any crashes when using SkyBlockers-modpack, bump the fabric loader version to 0.16.7 or above
