Fixed
- Fixed crash when depletion costs for gliding were enabled without having Gliders installed.
- Weapon swing clicks only deplete stamina if there isn't already a swing in progress.

- Added basic compatibility with Better Combat
- Holding left button to attack repeatedly incurs depletion costs for weapon swings.
