Terrastorage 1.2.4 for Minecraft 1.21.4

This update introduces improvements to certain configuration options and adds error handling to address a specific issue:

Configuration Option Changes

• The item transfer animation for the Quick Stack To Nearby Storages feature can now be disabled by setting the item-animation-length option to 0. (#22)
• The action cooldown is now disableable by setting the action-cooldown option to 0.
• The maximum range for the quick-stack-range option has been increased to 48 blocks. A warning will now appear when setting ranges above 16 blocks. (#26)

Bug Fixes

The undying creative inventory crash was mitigated once more with error handling added it.
