Complete Overhaul

• When no accounts are online, time is paused.
• Blacklisting system implemented (via command)
• When only blacklisted accounts are online, time is not added to the time/day counter (The day counter will not advance); time will occur, so bots/afk-accounts will still be useful.

Blacklisted players are blacklisted by UUID when possible and name otherwise. Three commandlets are possible for blacklisting,

• "/treeinaforest blacklist list"
• "/treeinaforest blacklist add <name>"
• "/treeinaforest blacklist remove <name>"
