Coin Stacks for Villager Coin

• Added villager_coin item tag.
• Added translations for German, Pirate English, Brazil Portuguese, Spanish, Hindi, Italian, Swedish, French, Korean, Japanese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, and Hebrew.

This update allows multiple add-ons to add Coin Stacks. Receiving updates from Platform 1.3.0. Receiving updates from VC 1.0.8.

• Added recipes for Coin Stacks allowing them to be crafted in Survival mode.
• Added Slab and Full Block Coin Stacks for Copper, Iron, Gold, Emerald, and Netherite.
• Added option to Villager Coin to toggle the ability to break Coin Stacks by walking over them. This is now disabled by default.

• Changed Medium Coin Stacks to allow them to merge into Large Stacks when placed in the same block. (Like a slab.)
• Changed Emerald and Netherite Coin Stack values to be accurate to their conversions. They originally had a lower value for mapmakers but have been adjusted for crafting.
• Changed mixin filenames to avoid potential conflicts.
