Changelog
- fix large modpacks crashing Steam VR. now only English and the current Steam/Minecraft translations are submitted
- fix graphics glitch with journeymap + Fabulous + lanczos scaler
- better error catching during VR init
- improve menuworld load times
- during menuworld loading the game will not freeze anymore and show the fallback menu
- add panorama menu, which now is the default fallback when menuworlds don't work
- the roomscale bow now ignores the raw item position setting
