Iris shader support

Wakes are now compatible with Iris shaders. (Optifine support may come in the future)
Every shader will not work perfectly but currently the Complementary shaders work as intended. Here's a list of some of them

Dependencies

Fabric API Version 0.86.1+1.20.1 is required

YetAnotherConfigLib (YACL) Version 3.1.0+1.20-fabric is optional

Iris Shaders Version 1.6.5+1.20.1 is optional

Mod Menu Version 7.2.1 is optional
