Weightless

-Added a config option to make all players on a server weightless
-Modified the config option for stunning: it now supports no stun, mob-only stunning, player-only stunning, and stunning by any entity
-Modified the config option for trails; it now supports no trail, particle trails, and the trail renderer
-Rewrote the trail renderer
