Reimplemented walkers, though their wheels don't properly roll just yet. All upgrades, crafting, and parenting should be operational however.
Disabled Chairspace interaction with teleporting for the time being, owing to a crash occurring in NeoForge and an as-yet unresolved bug preventing it from working properly in Fabric.
