Yet Another Bingo

New Features:

• Added the ability to click on the bingo card in the HUD to open the card screen

  (in addition to the "View Card" keybind)

• Added a "pressed" texture to make the Return to Lobby button more intuitive

• The "Keep Playing" button no longer persists its setting changes into the next game

• Minor tier list sorting

Bugs Squashed:

• Fixed broken ender dragon state when the spawn dimension is set to "The End"
• Using /bingo timelimit while a game is running no longer saves oddly specific time limits to the config (#151)
