Pack update to Pre-release 1.0!

Overview

A major pre-release update, adding QoL mods, a whole new dimension (The Aether) and many more food types

Configuration Changes Added the following block types to the Eureka! Ships! block blacklist for ship assembly:

• Plants and leaves (other than log types obtainable in Survival)
• Dirt,
• Grass,
• Stone,
• Gravel,
• Sand,
• Ores,
• Uncraftable "portal frame" blocks,
• Portal blocks Enabled VS Compat for Particle Rain so rain and snow now interacts correctly with Ships. This should also apply to Create contraptions by default Added Aether Ruined Portals to required packs for world creation
