BlockHistory v3

We've made an entirely new version of the plugin. This is what's new:

• New color scheme (red and orange)
• History for container opening
• Better command tab completion
• New /blockhistory stats command
• New saving system: There is now one file for each chunk, severely reducing search times
• Instant saving: Block history is now saved instantly when a block is changed
• History query limit: Limited the maximum amount of searches active at once, making it impossible to crash the server by spamming the command

Sadly, this new plugin also makes older history files incompatible due to the new saving system.
