CrazyEnchantments

Changes:

• Cleaned up a bit of the internals.
• Optimized a few little bits of the plugin including some questionable ItemMeta calls.
• Removed reliance on nbt-api.

Fixed:

• Fixed a few issues with broken bits of code that were commented.
