Added enchantments and a website to easily set up the config!

Added trading shuffles! Each time you trade with a trader you'll get a randomized trade each time, with a brand new option to have a minium amount of trades and maxium amount of trades!
Added better trading options from the brand new snapshot (25w07a)!
- Water bukkit (1) -> 4 emeralds, Max 3 trades
- Milk bukkit (1) -> 6 emeralds, Max 4 trades
- Ferminated Spider Eye (1) -> 8 emeralds, Max 8 trades
- Baked Potato (4) -> 2 emeralds, Max 4 trades
- Hay block (1) -> 4 emeralds, Max 4 trades
