Classic's Disc Tweaks

Although this update increases the major version number, there are no breaking changes or removed features.

Changelog:

• Added pack overlays to allow the resource pack to be compatible with older versions of the game
  • The pack is now compatible with 1.20.2+ (though technically as far back as 1.20.2 snapshot 23w31a)
• Bumped max supported pack format to 60 for Java 25w19a
• Reduced min supported pack format to 16 - the oldest that supports pack overlays

• Minecraft Java 1.20.2 - 1.21.5
• Snapshots 25w15a - 25w19a
