Some of the smaller fixes from 2.1. Dropped to fix a crucial bug with 1.21.4

Changes here may also appear on the 2.1 changelog as they were initially planned for it.

• Replaced all copper block related textures.
• Fixed the broken bed models. (Essentially swapped their rendering with that of normal items.)
• Tweaked a few logs and stripped logs to no longer have inconsistent coloring.
• Fixed missing potted textures.
• Fixed missing hanging roots.
